The Fusion DataPump module connects the spatial database to other systems so that information can be “pumped” between them. This creates strong connections between Fusion and other systems so that data can be shared. For example: download customer usage information from the billing system so that a usage chart can be displayed for customers in the GIS, or upload a stream of assemblies from the Fusion Designer to an inventory system that reserves material for work orders.
